Late review, but I couldn't let it pass without sharing my experience!– “5 stars” to Ken for his outstanding customer service. His knowledge and expertise are truly impressive. Recently, he installed a heat pump and furnace for us, and they’ve been performing wonderfully. Ken is always kind and readily available to answer any questions or provide assistance. We are currently experiencing some minor issues with our thermostat, and Ken is already on top of it, working diligently to resolve the problem. Our experiences with Ken have consistently been fantastic, and I would highly recommend him and Trium Mechanical Heating to anyone in need of reliable service!"

We are very pleased with the service provided from Ken. He was friendly and a pleasure to have in our home while we were having our heat pump, furnace and on demand water heater installed. He was a wealth of knowledge and I believe he genuinely wanted the best for us. Our neighbors recently added a similar heat pump a week or two after ours and was charged over $5000 more than we were charged using a different company. Ten acted quickly to my call. Furnace was circulating cold air! He was punctual as he estimated to come and to leave on time for another customer. He checked every part in detail and realised the reason was dirty furnace that needed deep cleaning. Dirt was blocking the hot air from circulating causing load on some parts. He tested his work for 1/2 hr and did not count for that testing time. I am happy with his work and recommend Trium for customers. Thank you.
