Recently, he installed a heat pump and furnace for us, and they’ve been performing wonderfully. Ken is always kind and readily available to answer any questions or provide assistance. We are currently experiencing some minor issues with our thermostat, and Ken is already on top of it, working diligently to resolve the problem. We are very pleased with the service provided from Ken. He was friendly and a pleasure to have in our home while we were having our heat pump, furnace and on demand water heater installed. He was a wealth of knowledge and I believe he genuinely wanted the best for us. Our neighbors recently added a similar heat pump a week or two after ours and was charged over $5000 more than we were charged using a different company. We feel Trium Mechanicals is one of those (now rare) honest with old fashioned/hard working values. He is a treasure to our community and represents quality work done by a knowledgeable family man. Ten acted quickly to my call. Furnace was circulating cold air! He was punctual as he estimated to come and to leave on time for another customer.He checked every part in detail and realised the reason was dirty furnace that needed deep cleaning. Dirt was blocking the hot air from circulating causing load on some parts. He tested his work for 1/2 hr and did not count for that testing time. I am happy with his work and recommend Trium for customers. Thank you.
I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Ken. He was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a clean job of servicing my gas fireplace, answered all my questions and offered solutions to solve some issues I had been having with it. I will definitely be contacting Trium Mechanical again for the yearly maintenance.
Outstanding service! We booked our tank replacement with them but when our tank started to seep sludge on Saturday, Ken was available to guide us through turning everything off. Sunday he came out to drain the tank so no further damage happened. And Monday he moved our appointment up a week so we weren't without hot water for the week.
