We had Mike come and diagnose a forced-air heater problem in the middle of this winter. He was prompt, expeditious, professional, and very fair with his estimate and repair.Over the years, since 2012, I have used Della-Mora HVAC for installations at my home as well as at my parents' house. I will never look elsewhere for future repairs or any new HVAC units.
Our heater wouldn't turn off on Christmas day. My husband found Della-Mora's impressive customers' feedbacks so we contacted them. We were so surprised that Mike listened to our problems and didn't sound hurried at all. He gave us some instructions on the phone and promised to check the heater asap after Christmas.Two technicians came before him, but they were not able to definitely diagnose the problem. But Mike was able to troubleshoot it right away! He could fix it, but the furnace was so old that we decided to replace it.The installation of the new furnace was superb. There were some issues a few days after the installation, but Mike attended to it and made sure that it's good and running. He's very good at what he does and he appears to have a mastery of the trade. We're very thankful we chose him. We wish that his business will prosper because it's hard to find reliable and trustworthy people like them nowadays.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Our HVAC system broke so we had ASI and Bob Jensons Heating and Air come out to inspect the system and provide a quote. Both told us multiple things were broken and said that it needed to be replaced because it was an old commercial unit. They quoted $15K-20K to replace the system. Both seemed nice but used a lot of HVAC terminology and reassured us of their extensive knowledge and expertise, but they kept pressuring us to sign with them. I felt like they were trying to sell us a new vehicle with their negotiating tactics and their quotes were far too expensive. We accepted not having a HVAC system util Spring/Summer, leaving us without heat or AC but we decided to contact Dell-Mora Heating & AC. Within a few minutes after troubleshoot, Mike identified the issue with the AC portion but determined the unit would need to be replaced because the gas heating element was rotted. Mike recommend a new system that was far more affordable than the other contractors offered. We agreed on a contract, scheduled a tentative install date and he fixed the broken wire so the AC would work until the new system was installed.Now we are very comfortable with our new AHVAC system and with MUCH gratitude to Mike and his team. no high-tech HVAC talk to convince us and most of all, NO PRESSURE! He is honest, fair, efficient, and very knowledgeable of his trade profession. We will definitely be calling him for routine maintenance service!
Michael and his team did a fantastic job at my property. They were tasked with adding AC to an existing central heat system in my home. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The job took them a total of 2.5 days! I was thoroughly impressed, and their pricing just couldn't be beat. Not only did I feel that I got what I paid for, I feel that I got more! We had some questions about our system after it was installed, and Michael made it a point to come personally and elaborate *on a holiday*! Seriously blown away at how awesome the service was. Our home feels like a new home now with a stellar performing AC system. Thanks guys!
