I am weighing the costs of replacing parts in an aged unit vs total replacement of the whole unit, and will contract with Reliant when the decision is made. Reliant is a great company that has been there for me anytime I have an issue. Quick response times and the professionalism of their staff gets my highest rating. I really have to emphasize their professionalism. They are so polite and respectful and I have met multiple staff this last year and all exhibit that same trait. It really reminds me of a bygone day where the customer was treated with upmost respect and that they could have chosen another competitor but they chose us instead. That’s a vibe that is hard to come by in 2025.
