Excellent service! Mike the technician completed a very thorough inspection and went over every part of the furnace in detail. He even identified a few issues I wouldn’t have noticed, explained what needed attention, and gave clear options for next steps. Marty at Greene Home Heating and Cooling is the best! He is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, respectful, and does an amazing job. I have the package that covers a semiannual check of my furnace and AC. Marty’s check of my AC included tips on protecting my AC in the winter as well as how to keep it clean. Marty just came out for my furnace check and discovered an issue with the furnace overheating. He did some troubleshooting and was able to find and address the issue on the spot- keeping me from having issues once it gets cold enough to run the furnace. Marty also took the time to evaluate my current setup and provided me a number of quotes on options, taking the time to explain thoroughly the differences and what might be better options for me in the future. No hard sell but I am now armed with the information I need to make good decisions!
I recently had a new furnace and AC installed by this company, and everything turned out nicely. The guys that came were fast and efficient. When they left they were thorough on instructions of what they did. The company even followed up with me a week later. After going through hell with another company I am using on a home addition, it was a breath of fresh air to come across Green!
I am sooo impressed with this company. Hector came out within 2 days of me calling about my issues of a great room that doesn't cool with our central air. He was so personable and knowledgeable and gave us a great price compared to other estimates we got from local companies. Cody and Ian (I think those were the installers.. I'm terrible with names) did such a fantastic and super quick job putting in the unit and showing me how to use it. I'm a NEAT freak and they left literally zero mess. You'd never even know they were here if it wasn't for the nice, cool great room. Highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!
