I've known Alex for 8 years since I moved into the area and he is always very helpful even when I'm trying to repair the system myself in an emergency. Last big freeze my system went down and he braved icy roads to help me get some heat at my home when it was 16 degrees. That is a great friend and a true professional. I'm proud to call him a friend I can trust!
Alex and his team have kept my old air conditioning units running over the past few years. I've been a student and have not been able to afford brand new units for our home. He is so kind and explains everything with consistent communication and professionalism. I trust Alex. I will continue to use Central Air & Refrigeration because they have saved us several times over the last few years in the heat of summer when our old units have stopped working. I recently had to do a full HVAC replacement. I got quotes locally in the BCS area and from Houston. Central Air & Refrigeration came out the next day. Alex was very straightforward and didn’t try to oversell anything to me. I had a minor issue after install and again the very next day Alex was back and remedied the issue fast. He even checked back in a few days later to make sure everything was still working great. 10/10 on service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
What a great experience I had with Central Air & Appliance Service! It was in the hottest summer of 2022 when my neighbor’s son (the rest of the family was on vacation across the world) complained that their A/C unit stopped working for 3 days already. I called Alex (as recommended by a friend) that morning and he was able to squeeze me in his hectic schedule. He came on that same day, diagnosed the problem, and explained what happened and what to do to fix the issue. Alex came back the ff day, fixed everything, and everyone was happy! He’s nice and respectful. Highly recommended!
