Before calling Dr. Kool, I contacted another company regarding the air conditioner odor issue and asked them to clean the coils. However, that company backed out, saying that the cleaning would not be easy and could potentially cause damage to the unit.Afterward, we contacted Dr. Kool. He was kind and patient in explaining everything. Despite the long hours of work required, he did not show any sign of frustration and saw the job through to the end. He demonstrated professionalism and reliability, which gave us great confidence in their service.

I asked on Nextdoor App for recommendations for ac repair and quite a few neighbors recommended Dr. Kool A/C & Heating. Called them and showed up next morning did all his checkups on both units and checked the coils which needed maintenance. After cleaning them, our home has been cooling as it should be and we greatly appreciate all he’s done and will definitely be our go to for future ac repairs. We highly recommend giving them a call to fix/repair your AC.

I felt like I was on a deserted island. One of my wall units went out on Thursday. I was barely making it with just the one that I had left working when it too went out yesterday evening.It had taken me days to find someone who would even work on one since it is not a big central unit. Plus it was a holiday weekend.Patrick was already scheduled to come out today for the one that went out last Thursday. Last night I called him and told him he was my only hope because my one and only other air conditioner went out. This weather is not okay to be without air conditioning.After hours, Patrick was kind-hearted enough to drive all the way out to where I'm located in the country, about 45 minutes from his home base. He arrived at 9:30pm and left at 11pm after fixing both of my wall units.I felt like I was the happiest girl in the world! Patrick's work ethic, his attitude, his demeanor, everything about him is A++.
