I’ve been a homeowner for over 40 years. I have never encountered a better HVAC Company. Steven came to inspect and repair my 25 year old heat pump. When he could not because the system was outdated he offered to go online for used parts in order to reduce costs but I decided to just get a new system. Steven discussed options with two factors in mind: Meeting our needs (SEER rating) and Cost. He would not sacrifice one for the other. So, when he provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed—down to sealing ductwork—I felt confident that I could trust Steven and his company. He had the new system installed promptly with a post-installation walk around. Steven brings to the customer: Total customer focus which creates trust, an approach which balances requirements vs. cost—you know you’re getting what you pay for and most of all knowledge in their service. There was no question too simple or too complex for Steven to address. Would that all businesses could lay claim to such trust.
