When the HVAC Co I held a Customer Care Service Agreement with did not show up after 6 days of having requested service for my furnace failure during the January "Ice Storm", I realized their 'Customer Care' was non-existent.I contacted Benny James Service to book a service appointment, expecting that it would be several days before an appointment could be scheduled in 2026 coldest winter ever!I was Pleasantly surprised when Trent was at my home that very afternoon and was able to identify and repair the problem with the furnace.Trent was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. He explained why the furnace kept repeatedly shutting off, and described the function of the part that was needed to get it back to operating properly. He also called the next day to assure it was in good working order.

Called Benny James to come give a 2nd opinion on an issue we were having with our heater. The very nice lady who took my call said they would be there ASAP. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly young man came by and inspected the furnace. He quickly determined that work done the prior week by another company was done wrong. The previous company had installed part of the unit incorrectly, then made an incorrect diagnosis of the problem that resulted from their mistake, and then they sent me an estimate of $4500 to fix a problem they caused. Cade from Benny James identified and fixed our issue in a few minutes and saved me $4500. From now on, we will no longer be using the company we had used for years, and will now be calling Benny James. We will also be recommending Benny James to family and friends.
Finally, I retired my old A.C system with a topnotch system. I wanted a Trane system,but the 3 local companies I talked to they tried to sell a Carrier system.A friend of mine suggested to get another opinion from a highly reputable company that he uses to care for all his A.C systems.I contacted Benny James company and got a professional approach to what I had in mind.Three days later, Mr. Trent showed up on my driveway with my new system.A boxed truck and 3 pickups. The whole family came to install my system.Even Trent's dad came to help with the installation.This 5 ton Trane system is a 2 stage compressor system 17seer. Very quiet vs. the old one.Came with a Zee-wave thermostat.The upstairs unit is humongous.Professional installation,added dampers and new air ducts. I am very pleased with the service.P.s. we are wearing long sleeve now. Sleeping comfortably at night. It put an end to hot days.Thank you Benny James company.
