I had a new heat and air unit installed and had my ducts, vents and registers all cleaned out at the same time. When my heat went out, I called and they were here immediately. Chris and Junior were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and awesome. They did amazing work. They also assured me they would be back to finish work that has to be done in warmer weather.Aaron and Coty were kind and polite and worked hard to clean the ducts. Working in an older house can be tedious and they a good job. One thing I might suggest is rubber gloves maybe?! :) they have a lot of walls to touch. :)Everything was great. The price was just right. They were very fair and helpful and considerate and I do recommend Comfortable, LLC to my friends and family.
First time working with Comfortable. With an ice storm expected to hit within 12 hours, I couldn’t get my generator to crank. I called them and they sent somebody out within the hour! I think the guys names were Johnny and Jared. Incredibly nice, incredibly helpful, and even quickly ran to get a part they needed, to keep my service under an hour. They had me up and going in no time. Will definitely call them again!
I’m not here to besmirch or denigrate other larger companies in the area, some of which have outsourced some of their communications. However, I will say that Comfortable has been terrific for us. We’ve had 2 major issues, and a larger company in the area charged 2-3X more on a quote, so we reached out to Comfortable on a friend’s recommendation. Tommy and Chris, who we’ve dealt with every time we have had an issue, have been incredibly knowledgeable and the price, as I mentioned, was far less. I could not offer a stronger endorsement.
I always enjoy working with the folks at Comfortable, LLC. Ever since we moved to Collierville, they have been our go-to source for anything HVAC related. We had a new unit installed by them Summer 2024 that has been amazing and they promptly fixed our other unit on this call. Chris & Aaron diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the diagnosis and faulty part. Placed an order and replaced the part within a day or two. Leah in the office is also a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Their professionalism and courtesy are unmatched and they never try to oversell or upsell. They only do what is necessary (unlike some of the HVAC companies in this area) and they do it at the best price. As long as I live in Collierville, they are always who I will call first.

They came out very quickly, diagnosed accurately, and then went well beyond the extra mile to make sure we got back up to speed with our A/C system.
