I recently had Carroll Mechanical install a new HVAC system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was professional and hassle-free.
The installation team (John and Ever) was knowledgeable, courteous, and took great care in every aspect of the job. They answered all of my questions, completed the installation with attention to detail, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the work area spotless.
The price for the new HVAC system was very reasonable compared to several other companies I considered, and I felt I received excellent value for the quality of the equipment and service.
I highly recommend Carroll Mechanical to anyone looking for HVAC installation. Their professionalism, fair pricing, and quality workmanship truly set them apart. I would definitely use them again for any future HVAC needs.

Today we had an excellent experience with Tony, and his assistant, Josue. Tony was so kind, answered every dumb and not so dumb question I had, and was so professional and meticulous with the install. Tony kindly worked while listening to my 11yo daughter yap on about her pets. Afterwards, Tony walked me through how to setup and work my new smart thermostat and when they were all done- Josue and Tony left everything so neat and tidied up. Thanks also to Jamal’s initial advice during my summer maintenance: I got a new AC unit and furnace installed for more than 5k off with the rebates he told me about. I scheduled with Carroll as soon as I could for installation. Tony and Josue showed up ready to work on time. This company really does a great job in every aspect and you can tell that their staff are passionate about their work due to how honest and good Carroll Mechanical is to their customers, and also to their workers. Choose Carroll for your minor to major HVAC things. I will continue to recommend Carroll to anyone who needs the best HVAC service and advice. It’s nice and chilly in my house now :) Happy Summer!

Brendan and Marquise did a fantastic job in a 110 degree weather!! Nick was a great sales person and anyone I talked to was extremely professional. The hybrid system for ac and heat is keeping the house extremely cool, and its so quiet I have to check the vents to see if it's working. Everyone at Carroll Mechanical have been amazing. They came out to do a free estimate. Arrived on time and gave thorough explanation of what they saw and what they could do. They were knowledgeable about government rebates that we could take advantage of. They were quick to provide estimates and check in on if we had questions. The guys who arrived today to install our new hvac were on time, professional, and organized. They worked clean and as quietly as they could and kept in constant communication with me on everything they were doing. Overall it was a seamless and quick turnaround and I plan on using them again for a mini-split we are getting for one of our rooms.
