He goes beyond the mile! Thanks for sending him over, the HVAC is running great.

I recently had a HVAC tune-up and I couldn't be more impressed. James was punctual, wore shoe covers to protect my floors, and was incredibly thorough with every component of my system. He took the time to explain the health of my unit and gave me excellent advice. My system is running quieter and more efficiently than ever. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with our HVAC technician Grant, today. He came out to assess our furnace and AC unit, performed maintenance on the AC, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Grant was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and appreciated his honesty and expertise. Would definitely recommend Grant for HVAC service and maintenance.

I've had a good experience with Clarksville Heating and Air. Our AC was down due to a bad compressor. Heather was very helpful with warranty, parts and scheduling. Grant was the technician who did the diagnostic, he explained very clearly what the issue was. He was always on time and very professional. The work that he did was very thorough. Although the problem was not fixed on the first visit due to another part being damaged from the previous install, he was at least apologetic that it could not be determined until the compressor was put back to service. Our AC system is now working properly, thanks to Grant and his team.

Finally found a Master Technician!
Ryan Small is the best in the business. I cannot recommend Clarksville Heating and Air enough, specifically their Senior Tech, Ryan Small. I have a very complex system with a difficult to program thermostat. Previous technicians from other companies attempted to set up the thermostat correctly and failed to do so.
Ryan arrived and immediately demonstrated a level of expertise that is rare in this industry. He understood the unusual HVAC setup and the complex thermostat configuration. He took the time to go through all the complex settings and make sure they were correct for my system.
Most importantly, he listened to what I wanted and showed tremendous patience and respect for a very demanding (and undoubtedly annoying) customer (me).
If you have a high-end, multi-stage, or hybrid system and are tired of techs who just 'guess' at settings, save yourself the time and call Clarksville. Ask for Ryan Small. He is a true diagnostic expert who actually listens to the homeowner's goals and understands the engineering behind the equipment. My house is finally comfortable and quiet!

5-stars for the entire team. We had an initial Tech visit to repair and old system and ended up replacing both inside and outside units and added a new water heater. Communication was great. Sales staff was knowledgeable and responsive. Install team was polite, efficient and respected our home. Overall process was fair and considering the service, a great value. Even were able to add in some electrical services we needed. We are in Annapolis, MD and will be recommending them to our neighbors.
