Honestly, the work they did was good. But their interpersonal skills and communication was subpar. I used them during the build of my house. Did a good job installing everything but did not enjoy working with them.
Great experience! Gavin was very respectful and had my AC up and running. Loved how fast they were able to schedule my appointment. They do awesome work! They have great pricing too. They had put in my new HVAV a few years ago. Highly recommend these folks!
I have only received the best service from Accurate. I called them at 5.30 am and they were at my home by 6.15am and I had heat by 8am. The people that work for them are always very polite, and professional.
Fast and efficient . I just wish I didn't have to wait 4 days before he came buy not because of Accurate Heating and Cooling but because it happened Friday afternoon. Saturday maintenance confirmed it was for sure on the fritz! If everyone else was as efficient maybe more of the AC units could have been fixed quickly. Thank you.
I had a legit emergency this past holiday weekend. Single digits temps, furnace goes out, control panel had fried. Another company I won’t mention said my old Lennox furnace couldn’t be fixed and I needed 1000s of dollars in new equipment. Called up Accurate, told them my situation and they found the part in 10 mins with local supplier came out and saved the day. If not for them I would have froze out of my home. Forever customer now. Thank you so much.6/30/2025 Had Accurate out to maintain my AC unit. Jesse Popp was my tech. Great guy and did a fantastic job. I love Accurate they don’t try to sell you anything other than what’s needed to do the job you requested. My Ac is old, I know that. But they keep it running fantastic and don’t try to sell me a new unit or say it can’t be fixed. Lean on Accurate for all your HVAC needs!
