Thomas came out to check our AC unit that wasn't cooling. At the time of the visit, our unit was working fine. I was worried that nothing was going to be done since there were no issues currently. Thomas listend and didnt blow me off. After some time, he discovered the issue and ordered the parts. Thank you for taking my issue seriously and caring.
Thomas arrived earlier than we planned which was awesome!! He was very thorough and explained every step of the process! He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable of his job and what would be needed for our warranty we carry. I highly recommend AirServ and what a pleasure working with Thomas!!
Thomas was prompt and friendly. I assume he did a thorough and efficient check of the AC units in the 2 hr period he was here. Considering I pay monthly the charge is somewhat high, however, as long as the systems are maintained at a regular schedule and running smoothly it’s worth it.
LaRee was awesome. It didn't take him and his partner (I apologize I forgot his name) long to figure out what was wrong with our A/C unit. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their A/C unit worked on. Cleaned our outside unit for us and explained to us how to do it. Very polite and courteous.The office staff was also very polite and accommodating to our schedule as my husband had surgery scheduled for this week. I appreciated them working to get us worked in.Great folks to work with.
So let’s just starting by saying that AirServe has by far exceeded my expectations. From the office staff especially Bri. She has been a very bug help with getting things rolling for me and making sure that i get all the reports and invoices in a timely manner. Tim the home comfort designer helped with giving us options on what we would need and broke everything down to show all the cost of what we needed. Then all the installers that have been to our house have been very respectfull and very knowledgable when it came to explaining what was being done. So all in all Air Serve you will be definetly seeing my name pop up for more work to be done. I greatly appreciate all of you.
