Comfort Doc did a great job inspecting the old system and clearly laid out the options for repair or replace. We opted for replacement system as ours was at the end of its life. We went with the highest efficiency Rheem model and couldn't be happier. Their pricing for the top efficiency model was similar to the lowest efficiency models from the other estimates that we got. We got estimates from 3 other local companies. Comfort Doc also had a 0% financing option, so it was a no brainer for us. In addition, the workers were very knowledgeable and super nice. They were low pressure whereas other companies seemed to just want to close a sale like we were at a car dealership. Seriously, don't look any further than these guys. Comfort Doc should be your first call.
Matt & the Comfort Doc team came out to provide a bid on replacing the entire gas furnace - electric AC. His was the only company (we scheduled 5 bids) who actually did a Load Calculation to evaluate the actual unit size needed, rather than just replacing with the same size currently in use. He also presented several options in person, which allowed our questions to be answered & options discussed, rather than just sending a bid by email the next day. He worked to accommodate both our schedule and the heavy rain forecast. Comfort Doc communicated well, arrived on time, & protected our flooring. Matt personally installed the unit with his team, demonstrated both the AC & Furnace working, & explained the new programmable thermostat before leaving. His company followed up the next day by phone to evaluate customer satisfaction and answer any questions. This was by far the best company we could have worked with.Extremely Satisfied!
We had such great service! I asked them to come in and give me a 2nd opinion about a repair another company was recommending and they were able to come right away and give me a better price. They also did a more thorough check and found some issues that the other company missed. I would 100% use them again
Matt and his co-worker did an excellent job on our new HVAC system installation. They started at 8:30am and were finished by 5:30pm. Matt went over all the work they did and gave us instructions on how to operate the new thermostat. He was very professional and made sure to listen and answer all of our questions. This was our second time working with Comfort Doc Heating and Air after Matt saved us this summer (on a Sunday) when our AC unit went out after purchasing our first home earlier in April. We will be a life-long customers.
