Colby came within 24 hours of my notification to the office. They offered to send someone on Sunday, but we did not feel that was necessary. I had an early Monday afternoon appointment. Colby was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions. We are currently waiting on an estimate of the work to be done. Great customer service and communication so far!
Amazing service, my heat went out and I woke up to it being 50 degrees in my house. The technicians schedule for the day was completely booked, yet they still squeezed me in! Christian was super kind, helpful, informative and respectful. I highly recommend this company.
I am incredibly thankful for Vaughn Heating and Cooling. They showed up exactly when they said they would, even late at night, and immediately knew what the problem was within minutes of arriving. The repair was handled quickly and professionally, and they had the right part on hand to get my heat back up and running within about an hour.On top of the excellent service, Joe was genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You can tell he is a hardworking, down-to-earth, salt-of-the-earth kind of person who truly cares about helping people. The fact that they came out around 11 p.m., in below-zero temperatures, to make sure I was warm speaks volumes. I feel truly grateful and blessed that Vaughn Heating and Cooling and their family are out there taking care of people when it matters most.
They came early, which was awesome. They were so friendly and made the process so easy. Gave me a run down when they were done. They made sure everything was in good working order. We had a new hot water heater in less than two hours. Highly recommend using them!
