What can I say about this company? Amazing service, professionalism at its best, detailed in explanation of process and performance, as well as going over finished projects. The electrical technician I had was a Mr. Jeremey Weaver. Technicians should strive to be as professional as him. He was easy to talk to, asked and answered questions on my expectations as well as if there were any other issues he could assist with either with electrical or HVAC or in general. Mr. Jeremy was quick and methodical in his work. With general conversation about a lightning strike that we had, he asked and showed true concern for us and house. After Jeremy talked about a whole house surge protector, I decided to have him install one. Yet again, very quick, professional and made sure I looked at his finished product. Jeremy showed he had pride in his work when he showed me as well to making sure it was to my liking. If you have any concerns about anything in your house, definitely give this company a call. We will make sure they’re the first call we make from here on out. Your house and appliances are in good hands… if I could give a 10 star rating I would. What a great experience working with these folks. Gary and Trey were highly professional, prompt and thorough in their inspection of my HVAC and electrical systems. They took care of a small problem they found from the original installation of my AC, and they identified a need for surge protection. I have signed up for an annual maintenance contract with this organization at a very reasonable price. I feel very confident about it because of the professionalism of every aspect of their organization. They use technology and people very efficiently in all that they do. Such a breath of fresh air working with these folks.

As a homeowner finding a reliable contractor is a task. My home HVAC needed to be replaced. I mean from top to bottom. Including the set lines. I found this company by asking AI Gemini. Long story short. They installed two Trane units with UV lights, new set lines which included a vacuum for overflow ( new to me). It was a big job. It literally took three days. But I know by watching and talking to the technicians that I got a great system. The amount of details during the install was amazing. I paid a lot of money for this, but honestly It was worthy. Great equipment, incredible installation and nice experience. Just so you know I verified all the equipment and prices using AI just to make sure I was getting value. And I did. If you are looking for an HVAC company, look no further.
Carolina Conditions did an excellent job resolving my issues with my HVAC system. Allison was very fast to responding to my call and getting me on schedule for the same day. She was awesome!My heat had went out a day or two before I called and knew we had some very cold weather on the way. Mathew Carter was my technician and called to let me know that he was in the way and expected arrival time. He came in, found the problem to why my system wasn’t working and told me how much it would be and how long it would take to fix it. I was very happy with the quote he gave me and had my unit up and running within 45 mins. He also went through and informed me he looked at the rest of my system and that everything looked great so that was a big plus! From start to finish Mathew followed the process to a T!I will highly recommend Carolina Conditions to all my family and friends and will be using them in the future for my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs!
