I just established this maintenance plan with Stoudenmire after terminating my 7 year plan with another company. Stoudenmire dispatched Will who patiently listened to my orientation about the histories of the two old units. He was diligent, respectful, etc -- perfect in every way. On top of that, I learned he is a former Marine who served our country in combat -- three different times if I understand correctly. This was a great experience with an exceptional expert!

Excellent service and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional.I was a bit frustrated with the fact that there was a fairly expensive repair on a system that Stoudenmire itself installed only a couple of years ago, despite the fact that I was paying for service agreement.
Had my main floor HVAC system replaced. Ritchie and Tristen T did a phenomenal job. Even after running into several problems with my ~100 year old house, they finished the job in a timely manner including installing another vent in one of the rooms. The end product outside from the cowling to around the pad looks great and very professional. Great attention to detail. Better than it ever did before out there.
Our 26 year old system was thoroughly evaluated by Antonio including photos and videos from the crawlspace under the house. He arrived on time. The issues were discussed and questions professionally answered. Ryan was reached by phone to set expectations on what to anticipate regarding next steps. Michael came to the house a few days later to do a full onsite evaluation and discuss options. We decided the new system would go in the attic with all new ducts and vents placed in the ceiling. Krista provided a copy of the financial information and an outline of what system was going to be installed. She answered my many questions accurately. Richie and Tristen were competent, considerate, and thoughtful HVAC installers. They arrived within the window given, worked diligently all day, and cleaned up after themselves before heading home. Richie was especially kind. They ensured everything was working to specifications before heading out at the end of the week. We are a married couple who has done all of our own home repairs and major renovations for all of our adult lives and in our many different homes. It was a huge step to trust this massive install to a group of strangers. In the end, their combined level of knowledge, attentiveness, responsiveness, and dedication to their craft was at an unparalleled level of excellence.
Stoudenmire did an excellent job diagnosing our issue and identifying and installing a new ductless system that would meet our needs in a renovated upstairs space. Michael was detailed and generous with his time while we weighed proposals and options. Once underway, Robbie and Jordan were thorough, communicative, professional, and easy to have around working on the house (which is not always the case when you work from home and have small kids to juggle!).
