Paid cash for a new hvac unit almost 2 years ago and had problems with a rattling noise shortly after which I had to figure out my self after 3 people came out and had no idea what to do to resolve it. Now one unit stop working and they charge 165$ for some loose wires. How do wires get loose? If the wires were loose that means they were not properly tightened when installed This company is a rip off sending out inexperienced technicians and over charging for something that clearly wasn’t installed properly from the get go. A 60$ labor charge and 105$ for tightening wires is insane. I will never use this company again or recommended them.

I have now used DnA three separate times. Each time the technicians were punctual, the prices seemed fair, and the work was completed quickly. Amy the office manager is also a great communicator who will call/email frequently wot ensure your needs are met. They have a text system that updates you on etc of technician arrivals, and any other details regarding your account. I highly recommend this company. Today, Justin the tech was able to quickly fix an issue. He was punctual and respectful. 10/10 will call again.
