Called Indoor Solutions for maintenance checkup and was able to get a next day appointment. The technician, Austin called prior to give us an estimated arrival time. Austin was amazing and very informative, he explained what was going on with our a/c. Austin informed us that an intricate part on our a/c could go out at any time and was he able to replace it during this visit. I highly recommend Indoor Solutions and Austin.
Called ISI to for a Second opinion. ISI responded promptly and Jason came out the next day. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. What I learned from this is experience is to do my home work make sure the company I am considering is privately owned and local. Corporate owned businesses are better to serve other corporate businesses as they both have the same goals in mind. I was referred to ISI from a dear friend who shared her experience and isanother satisfied customer. Should’ve called Her first.

Ray Ibarra from Indoor Solutions Inc and his crew of Tyler and Romo installed a new Bryant HVAC system in our home today - removing the old and professionally installing the new much more energy efficient system along with additional ductwork and a new air register - great work in every aspect.
