Brian was GREAT! He worked on my system and explained everything that he found that was causing problems in my unit. He even showed me photos and videos of what he found and fixed these issues! Brian was great! He was very personable and professional. He did a great job taking out my bathroom exhaust fan and cleaning it and then reinstalling. Reasonable cost as well.
5 stars isn’t enough for Brian. Our AC unit had a refrigerant leak and he responded immediately and didn’t just patch the problem and leave. He tracked down the leak, sealed it, topped off the refrigerant, cleaned mold off the heating unit with bleach, and did full maintenance on the outside unit all in one visit. That’s the kind of thoroughness you just don’t see anymore. He turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a completely painless experience. Brian has earned a customer for life and I’d recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If you need HVAC work done right the first time, he’s your guy
Brian’s a great technician!! He came out in a timely fashion to get my furnace back up and running to make it through the night. He came back out and did the necessary repairs. I felt like he didn’t try to rip me off in a time of need. Great company!! Keep up the good work!!!
One hour Heating and Air provided great phone service this morning ,they were able to get a technician out to my home within 1hr of my phone call. Brian came highly recommended and he exceeded his reputation. Brain was prompted , polite and very respectful of my home. His service was 10/10. He was very knowledgeable of the issues going on with my unit and got my heat working immediately. He also offered great pricing to make sure my system stays functioning properly. I strongly recommend this technician/company for any future HVAC issues.
