I'm sorry but I just don't appreciate the business model. Very responsive and nice people and reasonable service call price, but if a repair is needed Watch Out! A leaking faucet which costs $120 and takes five minutes to install was quoted at over $800!!!!I successfully installed the faucet below (took me about 30 minutes). You can see the response from service champions. I stand by my one star. People who don’t have the ability to do what I did are being taken advantage of.
My technician, Dylan Jobes came out for a diagnosis. He was EARLY! Love that!He was friendly, very informative, fast and very knowledgeable! My heater has been out for MONTHS! fighting with my home warranty company, finally got fed up and used service champions and was not disappointed. The part was ordered immediately and as soon as it arrived Dylan came back to install it himself! He was early again! Which I am super grateful for! Now I don’t have to miss my Pilates class this afternoon ????He was in and out within 30 minutes. He is professional and really uses his time well! No issues here! I will definitely be using them in the future for any issues or just for maintenance!Highly recommend service champions! Extremely happy with my experience! I had the MVP membership. I dont recommend it. Its cheaper to just pay a one time fee to have your AC and furnace cleaned yearly. I had this membership for years in my San Jose home and was satisfied since we loved our technician (Dakota you're awesome!) Since we moved and continued our membership for the last couple years at our new home everytime a rep comes the house to do the "free service" its just an opportunity to upsell one of thier services. I just spent $1,300 last year now this guy wants me to make an appointment for a new furnace! I called to cancel my membership today after the last " free service" today. They said they would cancel the auto payment after they take out one more payment next month. They said I shouldn't see a payment in March. I Didn't understand the reason for next month payment, but if it means I don't have to pay another $240.00 for the year to allow myself to be scared into an upsell. Its worth it! Bye ?? After two very high water bills from EBMUD, I contacted American Leak Detection to find out what was going on. They quickly identified the leak in an outside irrigation system. I then called Service Champions to get the repair done. The person doing the request intake (Serenity) was lovely and got the repair scheduled.They offered a quick response and yesterday Koti Vaisima, their plumbing technician, arrived exactly on schedule. He took care of the repair beautifully. He was friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with.I was so pleased with both companies and relieved the repair was completed so quickly.
Dont ever do reviews but i wanted to recognize Bob Mikaili our Sales Technician and Joey Kemp who installed the water heater. Bob gave us the rundown on what needed to be fixed and never felt pressured on having to get the job done. He in fact helped us with getting a better quote which was a huge help and relief. Joey who did the install was very friendly and also gave us the rundown on the job being done. He made sure what he was doing was ok with us. He made the all the piping was clean and tight which we really appreciated no extra pipes that loop atound for no reason. Very professional. These 2 made a hard and financial burden a breeze. I would recommend them!!
