These guys know what they're doing. I called in and Micah helped schedule me for the next day—he was super knowledgeable about the process. Owen was the tech who came out, and he was friendly and professional. He was the only one who went through the proper steps to diagnose my HVAC issue and actually FIX it. I'd had three previous techs (from Thomson Industries, Moore and Russell, and Milani) who all misdiagnosed the problem—claiming it was a thermistor issue or refrigerant leaks—and delayed the repair to another day. Thank goodness cuz it gave me the chance to switch to Atmosphere. Owen performed a full leak test on the spot, confirmed there was no leak, did some deep vacuuming, recharged the lines, and voila—the AC was working again. THANK YOU Owen, Micah and Atmosphere! I'm writing this even before getting billed, as I'm sure they're much more reasonable than the others (Milani quoted $2,500+ materials just for the leak search).Update - Moore and Russell quoted $1000 + mats. Milani quoted $2500 + mats. Atmosphere final charge was $905 (labour and material).
The technician Andrew came in with an open smile! He was super friendly and walked me through the process! After he diagnosed the problem he told me how much the part Is and how much it's going to charge including labour!
