I recently had a new hot water tank installed in my home, and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. The technician was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Their work habits were excellent—organized, efficient, and clearly focused on doing the job right the first time.

Communication throughout the process was clear and helpful, and they took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, they were very pleasant to work with, and the quality of the installation exceeded my expectations.

Their team work was excellent. They were well prepared by putting down a drop sheet not leaving the area dirty. Kudos guys. We were immensely pleased with the service we received from DirectBuy Furnace. Dennis helped us find the best solution for a furnace to provide hot water and heat for our home at a reasonable price. He was flexible and adapted to our needs, and did not try to sell us anything. The staff, including Dennis, Sue, Terry, Nick, and Shaheen, were very knowledgeable and professional. They responded promptly when our older equipment stopped working. After our new system was installed, Terry explained to us carefully and patiently how best to understand and use it. Then Nick and Terry returned to ensure that the new equipment worked as expected. Everyone we dealt with from the company was more than helpful and thoroughly committed to making sure our home is properly heated and has a lot of hot water. We will be very happy to use their services in the future, and will recommend DirectBuy Furnace to others.
