Eddie & Luke installed a new hot water tank this morning. I was expecting over two hours. It took him 1 hour and 20 minutes. Not at all pushy, but telling me things that I needed or should do. Very professional, clean and respectful. Will absolutely use them again.Thanks Eddie and Luke!!
Eddie and his apprentice installed my water heater. They both displayed professionalism and were very knowledgeable about the installation. “I asked lots of questions “.They explained to me every step of the way as they worked. Their team work was excellent. They were well prepared by putting down a drop sheet not leaving the area dirty. Kudos guys. As for the company, the price was a bit more than what the contracted company quoted. A+ to my installers.
We were immensely pleased with the service we received from DirectBuy Furnace. Dennis helped us find the best solution for a furnace to provide hot water and heat for our home at a reasonable price. He was flexible and adapted to our needs, and did not try to sell us anything. The staff, including Dennis, Sue, Terry, Nick, and Shaheen, were very knowledgeable and professional. They responded promptly when our older equipment stopped working. After our new system was installed, Terry explained to us carefully and patiently how best to understand and use it. Then Nick and Terry returned to ensure that the new equipment worked as expected.
