Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest nights of the year. We were very happy to have Shawn from Eatons take a look at our furnace. He quickly figured out what was the problem and offered a fix. He got the replacement part the same day and our house is warm again. Not only was Shawn meticulous and accurate, he was professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
I needed my 2 gas fireplaces and furnace in my house to be checked (maintenance) and I used Eaton's based on all the positive google reviews about this company. My basement fireplace was leaking gas (I could smell the gas leak) and Mike and Armin did a wonderful job replacing the defective part. Mike also discovered that my 25 year old furnace needed to be replaced since it was also leaking gas and he showed me how this was detected. Mike explained the options regarding replacing the furnace and I chose to replace it with a high efficiency one. Eaton's replaced my furnace yesterday and Nick and Ray did a wonderful job doing this task. In addition, Mike and Armin were called to help with the furnace replacement part way through since the job was a bit more complex than expected. Nevertheless the team did a great job! I would highly recommend Eaton's since the technicians are efficient, professional, skilled at what they do, explained things to me so I could decide what to do and allowed time to answer my questions. The price for the tasks done is reasonable. In addition, Andrea answered my calls and replied to my emails on behalf of Eaton's in a professional and prompt manner. This is the second time we’ve used Eatons. The first time last year to service our gas fireplace which wouldn’t turn on. They did a great job including cleaning the glass so it sparkled. Eatons was who i called again recently when i needed my furnace serviced. My time line was tight but they were able to squeeze me in and did a great job service and replacing some parts. So thankful to Eatons. Very nice people.
Excellent work and Professionally installed our new Trane Furnace!Nick & Ray removed the 12 years old Goodman Furnace and replaced with the new Trane furnace! Duct work was redone from previous installation, quickly and efficiently!Very impressed! Thank you ??
