Our fireplace was having issues turning itself off and the glass would become constantly covered in soot. We decided to call Whitestone and I'm so glad we did! They came to our home less than 24 hours later, our technician Kam was very friendly, knowledgable and thorough, and he took the time to make sure our fireplace was looking good visually as well as fixing our issue and finding a small unexpected gas leak, too.
