Very disappointing experience with All Year Cooling. After installing a new HVAC system and Reme Halo unit, we experienced significant mold contamination in our ductwork and air handler. The issue displaced my family from our home for three weeks.Although the company acknowledged the problem in person and advised us to keep receipts for reimbursement, our formal request has gone completely unanswered. Multiple follow-ups have received no response.Extremely frustrating situation and lack of accountability.** Lastest Response from the Owner has yielded no calls or my messages left unanswered still. You seem to acknowledge the reviews yet not a single response to the errors your company has made.

Our AC stopped working and wouldn’t turn back on after a filter change. All Year came highly recommended by a close friend and my mother, who had her system replaced by them about six months ago.We called around 2 p.m. the day it happened, and by 5:30 p.m., a technician named Felix was at our door. After inspecting the unit, he gave us the news no one wants to hear; we needed a full replacement. Our old packaged system had somehow lasted 23 years and had a pretty unconventional setup outside.Felix was fantastic. He really took the time to understand what we wanted in terms of efficiency and comfort, and the quote he provided was very reasonable. I’m confident no other company could have matched the service and quality we received from All Year.On installation day, the technicians (whose names I unfortunately forgot) were the real MVPs. They were professional, efficient, and meticulous. Once they removed the old system, it was clear just how poorly our previous setup had been running. We had struggled with humidity for years; running two dehumidifiers constantly just to keep levels below 50%. The new system was properly sized and eliminated that issue entirely. For the first time, our home is truly cool and comfortable.The install team left everything spotless. You wouldn’t have even known they were there. The difference in air quality and comfort is night and day.Overall, I would 100% recommend All Year for any HVAC needs.
