I contacted Caleb for a second opinion after being quoted $2,400 to repair my Carrier furnace. I was told multiple parts needed replacement, but Marcus’s diagnostic revealed it was just a mixed wiring issue. The repair cost a little over $300 instead.Marcus also identified that my furnace needed rebalancing, a drain gasket, and pitch line correction, all of which were covered under the membership.Honest, knowledgeable, and transparent service. I also signed up for their membership plan. Highly recommend.
