I cannot thank these guys enough! The city we live in has never updated AC/Heating appliances. We had a dead unit that was installed in 1987.
Waking up in the winter to a house in the 50°'s was horrendous, along with a summer waking up in a house 85°t.
These guys came in and gave us a whole new unit, relocated it in our home in order to have more space, and got it done in a timely manner. Not to mention making sure our vents and filters were the best of the best to make sure our family was breathing in the cleanest air possible in here. As a mama with a toddler this was a MUST.

Not to mention *GOT HERE ON TIME, EVERY TIME***. None of those "sorry running behind, give us another house or so" type response from typical companies.
And and and, CLEAN! Left not one mess or crumb. I have a 2yr old toddler who gets into stuff, grabs stuff, puts stuff in her mouth, etc. but these guys vacuumed up after themselves, always used shoe covers when walking on our floors, and even kept there own sheets down on the ground, in the path from job to front door, so they never once made a foot print elsewhere. THEY EVEN WIPED DOWN THE FLOORS AFTER TAKING THE STUFF OUT!! Insanely impressed.
Now I'm a happy camper, in a comfy home, not dreading the hot or cold fluctuating weather outside. I can control my home temperature from an app on my phone and not worry about settings changing.

This review is an amendment to the review posted below at approximately 7:30pm. I was immediately contacted by the owner not 30 minutes after the review posted and assured someone would come out to address my concerns first thing in the morning. At 8:02 am New Age called and told me they were on their way. Corrective AND preventative measures were taken, as well as recommendations to improve filter installation. The customer service was exceptional and adjustments made to the way condensation drains from the unit solved our problem. I have had NEW AGE service our system exclusively and will continue in the future. Would I recommend them? Yes. They have always stepped up and taken care of the issues. We’ve had a few mishaps but collectively I will go no place else. Thank you NEW AGE AIR.

This is the 4th time in 2 yrs(3 times this year) I had to call New Age for repair of a New system. I’m beyond frustrated. Their service is very prompt however the excessive breakdown is unacceptable. Everything from a loose wire to dirt in the drain pipe. My former HVAC system in 30yrs had one repair tp replace the blower. These issues with New Age should have been caught when the unit was installed. I’m charged a trip fee and repair charge every time. What would you do?
