Total Assurance is always on the ball and has been for the five years and two houses at which we have counted on their expertise, whether doing buyer and seller inspections, preventative maintenance, installation of new systems (one at old house, one at new house) and even with helping to limp an old system along that is just begging to be replaced until the time is right. I was very pleased with the quick response when I called Total Assurance to come out and give me an estimate for replacing my AC unit. Wayne was very informative, explaining all the options and how everything works. After considering 4 estimates, I chose this company. They were able to install my new unit the next day. After the installation, the unit wouldn't turn on so they sent an electrician to check it. Later Wayne came out after hours and got everything working. I am so pleased with my new Lennox system. It cools very well and is so quiet compared to my old unit. I will recommend Total Assurance to my friends!
