I have been very impressed with every step of this process. I got a new heating system. It is a 2-step Trane. The estimate was handled with the utmost professionalism and researched recommendations by Grant. He was so thoughtful and kind, as well as informative and respectful. It was a joy doing business with Hendrix Heating because they think of all the details to make a seamless process. I waited only a few days from estimate to installation to inspection. Within a week I had my customer satisfaction, go over warranty , sign documents meeting to complete the project. I appreciated the dependability and work completion - all with above and beyond hand written thank you’s , and goody bag! I’d say this company dots their “i’s” and crosses their “t’s”! Don’t hesitate to give them your business.
Alex was punctual, straight forward and very knowledgeable. He was informative of Hendrix membership but not pushy whatsoever. He was thorough and up front about the need for repairs and was quick to get us an updated quote and timeline for when the parts would arrive. Great service, great communication on arrival of technician. Henry was very professional, and timely. Explained everything he was going to do, and it got done in a timely manner.Even though we had waited past a year. To do any maintenance on it. It still looked brand new, and still ran great. I also wanted to mention. That on installation day in 2024.It took two days to install both systems. In the two rooms that they were going in. But, it was worth the wait. The guys who did that. They were very professional, and worked in a timely manner.
