I’ve been using Rices Heating for 15 years. They are the best in the Willamette Valley. Just recently the heater went out on a Saturday they responded quickly ordered a part and I was a happy customer.
Everyone at Rice Heating and Air Conditioning is very high caliber. Whether it's speaking with someone on the phone, or interacting with a Technician I was always treated with patience, respect and positive energy. The installation of my entire system was done in a timely manner and with the highest quality. They have also followed up my installation by asking for feedback to make sure everything is working fine and that I am completely satisfied. They have also been back out to perform the 6 month service and verify that everything is still operating correctly. I am very happy with the equipment and the service I have received throughout the entire process.
I've used Rice for many years. They're always reliable, honest, timely, and accurate in their work. My older ductless system recently started making noise, and they came up with a plan to fix it rather than replacing it. I highly recommend them.
I have used Rice Heating for many years. I have them do a fall heating check up and a spring air conditioning check. This is the best service provider I have ever used for heating and a/c. The twice yearly services have saved me lots of repair costs over the years and my heat and a/c always is working. No emergencies. The maintenance people are knowledgeable and professional. Very nice also. I don’t know what I would do without Rice Heating.
I had a York heat pump installed in December 2019 when my old system gave up on Christmas Day! All that went well from the estimate through the installation I received excellent customer service.Recently, as I was getting prepared to sell my home, I had a home inspection October 1, 2025 and found that there were some “issues” in the crawl space related to the drip lines previously installed. Rice Heating sent their guys out to crawl under the house, assess and fix an unhooked duct pipe, then seal the tiny cracks where varmints were entering. They even straightened the vapor barrier when they were under there!Owner Calvin is always gracious, helpful, and empathetic. Todd and Darien arrived promptly and did the work efficiently with smiles. Angelica kept everyone organized and communicated with me. Jasmine sent follow up photos of the work for my buyer to see.Great company! Great people! You can’t go wrong choosing Rice Heating!
