He was right on time and assessed the issue immediately, had the part needed in stock in the van, and was done in a flash. Nicholas was friendly, professional, and explained what was going on. I called Cimatec Mechanical about a strong burnt electrical smell coming from our heat pump vents, and they sent Matt out right away. He took the issue seriously from the start, quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned heat strip contactor, explained everything clearly, and had it replaced in under an hour.Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciated how quickly he responded when I mentioned the burning smell. Great service all around!

Jonathan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. An excellent representative of your company. I am very grateful that he was able to repair our heat pump successfully the second time, after the first compressor was defective and failed immediately following installation. Courtney has also been amazing to work with. Despite shipping challenges from the compressor manufacturer, she consistently kept me updated throughout the entire process.
