I have used them for emergencies and for routine maintenance. You never have to worry about being over charged and they gave my Mom a Senior Citizen Discount. We've been really fortunate not to have had too long of a wait as far as scheduling is concerned. I've used them for mine and my Mom's home and referred them to other family and friends.
