Reliable was fantastic when we had an issue with old furnace in December. I have been dealing with Antonio for a few years and he knew how nervous I was with having a new baby in the home and wanting to ensure all was safe. When I contacted him about the issue he came out right away and addressed the situation. He said it was safe and would be ok to wait for summer to replace furnace. But I insisted on asap. So he quickly got the quotes together and once I confirmed he got us scheduled for install asap which was tough due to the holidays but they did it ! Needed furnace and oil tank replaced. They did it in two days and were very punctual and extremely clean and efficient. Nice to have a company you trust and even more importantly listen to you the customer. Unlike other companies Antonio even followed up after install?? reliable is my go to !
Reliable was fantastic. Antonio came to my house to give me an estimate for a new boiler and air conditioner. I had gotten a few estimates and theirs was very very competitive. Not only that Antonio was on time, responsive, and really pleasant to deal with so I went with Reliable . The boys that installed both my air conditioner and my boiler were fantastic. Neat, communicative, ON TIME, and just again, pleasant to be around. I can’t say enough nice things about these guys.
My neighbor recommended this company so I decided to try them out. I’ve had issues with my boiler not giving hot water for years. Other companies made me change the coiler, also the mixing valve and other small things that would temporarily fix my issue but eventually come back. Until Antonio from Reliable came over and told me what would fix my issue for good. He suggested I get a heating tank and all my problems will go away. Well, it sure did!!!!! I am extremely satisfied with the work he did and the patiences he had to explain how everything works. Great communication and was able to get the job done in a day. Good Contractors can sometimes be difficult to find I know. I'm 70 years old and have dealt with many! I started with only using them for oil contract and annual burner service. They are great! Oil is always in the tank and unlike many previous company's I've used the boiler is completely cleaned and serviced not just a wipe down and quick in and out. I just recently had them quote out a replacement for 50 year old oil tank and 30 year old furnace. Don't waste your time getting other quotes because I did and they came in low out of 4 while quoting the same quality units not some off brand stuff.Got questions when they are installing it what that thing of a jig is just ask they will explain it all in our language not plumber lingo and don't act like you bother them. I have met both owners Rick and Antonio really great people and their employees from the office or annual service are all cooperative and extremely .knowledgeable. The job they did with new tank and furnace was done exactly on the install date they gave me and the quality and appearance of the install absolutely fantastic. When they finished you would never know they were here the basement area was spotless and no oil spots or damage anywhere truly amazing these are quite large extremely heavy awkward items. I am really happy I chose them to do my work. I get the feeling that their business profile is the same as us consumers. They want to provide top quality service at affordable prices and isn't that what we all want? They chose a Good Name RELIABLE
