I can see why this company gets good reviews. When our washer went down, I looked up every appliance repair shop in our area. I read reviews, but at the end of the day, I went with the one that responded repeatedly and in a timely fashion. Volta and James, consistently let me know when they could come out, and then when they were on the way.I had looked up the repair on YouTube and I could do it, but it would take quite a while as it required the inner/outer door to be removed to access the latch and then take the other side apart to access the lock.I showed James the washer and let him get to work. About 45 minutes (or less) he let me know the repair was done, using our current parts and that they warranted the work.Very nice guy and he knew exactly what he was doing. I can't say enough about this team. Definitely recommend.
