Truthfully a great experience! Received a phone call and within an hour the technician was able to come out and repair my system. Technician also didn’t give me the run around that some HVAC companies will try! Technician found the issue and had it fixed in less than an hour. Only HVAC company I’ll go through from now on!
From the start of the day I had excellent customer service. Texted me to make sure I was still free. Colin asked where he can park to make sure he didn't get in the way. He asked how to get a hold of me when he arrives. When he did show up he went over everything he was going to do. (Super nice to my dog, that is always a plus.) When he was done he explained and showed me what he found and why it should be replaced in a way I could understand. Got the job done and cleaned up after himself. This is why I went with R3. They did my roof and siding and now the maintenance on my central air. Very professional, friendly and left everything cleaned and better than what was before.
This is the best air-conditioning company I’ve ever used in my life. They are very prompt polite courteous honest they are five star company and I’ll always use them and I’ll always refer them to others. Every employee.
