I had used Lovelace before with Cinch warranty in the past and it went well. Today I had an appointment that I took time off work and they were a no show. I called several times and was sent to voice mail with no call back. Completely unprofessional.
Len Hollis did an outstanding job in diagnosing our heating issue and efficiently installing new blower motor and making sure everything worked well before leaving our home. He gives us further confidence in Lovelace.

Lovelace was able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly. After the parts came in, they promptly called to setup an appointment and have the service repair done. Washing machine isn't leaking anymore and runs great. Fixed the outer seal and LCD screen that was bubbling. Thank you.
Repair done to our kitchen aide refrigerator. Jeremy was our repair technician. He was very professional/ knowledgeable and was very careful/took extra effort to ensure that no damage occurred to our wood floors when he moved the refrigerator into a position where he could work on it. Also Lovelace was responsive to our questions and worked with our home warranty company to get parts ordered. We will definitely use Lovelace again and will request Jeremy for any of our appliance repair needs!
