Air Ref guys always do an excellent job. Today Keeshawn came on time, was very knowledgeable and polite and did AC maintenance thoroughly. Very professional. I have been using Air Ref for AC repair for the last 10 years. Last year I started their annual maintenance contract. It's reasonably priced, staff are skilled and safe
I had paid ahead of time for my maintenance when I bought my AC from Air Ref bc was told would not need to flush it myself every 3 mos. if I did. However, my AC went out after they came, bc they said my pipes are old, too small for new AC. Wanted to replace my pipes, but they did a chemical flush instead at my request for a lot less and it worked. I appreciated them working with me. The service people and office people were all extremely polite and wanting me to be satisfied. I would have liked to know back when that my pipes actually needed more frequent flushing bc they are old and smaller, so when I didnt do this, it caused my problem
Our service tech Keyshaun was very professional and thorough. We were very pleased with him servicing our air conditioning. I would give this company a five star review except for the price of the coil service charge which was so high that we were not able to do the service with them. We had cat hair that had accumulated on the underside of the coils, even though we had a filter always in place. The charge was an additional $750 on top of the $300+ to flush the line twice a year and the service call.
We’ve had a great experience with Air Ref Co & their electrical team. Dustin has been out to our house 4 times to install different chandeliers. He’s patient with our projects and such a nice guy. Highly recommend!
