I was having trouble with my A/C and called Razorback of Delray as a new customer. A tech named Josh came by and diagnosed the problem immediately. I previously have had experience with many other A/C techs from other A/C companies but Josh was the best of all. He's young but don't let that fool you. He knows more than those that think they have all the experience but what he's learn in A/C school he doesn't forget. When my AC stopped working in 80 degree heat with guests staying in my house, I was lucky enough to call Razorback. Josh came out immediately and put in a temporary motor to get the cooling going until he could get a new motor. Not only was he knowledgeable, competent and fast but also kind and courteous. I’ve since had my motor replaced and I’m also getting new thermostats and signing up for their maintenance program. It’s comforting to know that I now have a company I can rely on for excellent service.
Ryan & Quinn (Razorback HVAC Techs)Were amazing! Incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra step to make the customer feel assured and comfortable. This was NO EASY task as it involved an HOA and a crane installation five (5) floors up.Equally as impressive as the entire Razorback Electric team, which I’ve been using since 2013, they are fantastic! I use them on commercial jobs, investment properties, and to include, my precious home. Their preventative maintenance (PM HVAC team); which is a must for HVAC down here in Florida is extremely proficient including time stamped pictures!Did I happen to mention, they are incredibly fast and cordial! They are working on another investment property of mine, installing a very difficult undercabinet lighting system next week! They are the best in the business in my opinion, and I am a national commercial retail developer as well. I know what I’m talking about.
