We’ve used Campbell care since 2023 when we moved into our home - previous owners did as well. Love that they have experience and know our heating and fire place systems throughly. Geoff installed a new hot water tank this past summer and recently fixed our fireplace during the busy season between Christmas and new year - service as always was prompt, efficient and friendly - will continue to use their services in the future.

From the moment that I made contact with Jane on the phone I felt appreciated. Then the top notch service kicked in. Excellent communicators in their busy and fast paced business.The install team (Scott & Duncan) came by the house to have a look at the project and said that it all looked good. Scott described what they would do and answered all of our questions.Jane then emailed me a firm quote after we had decided which trim that we wanted. Less than a week later the guys came and did the install in about 4 hours.There are a few gas fireplace companies around. I found this company is helpful, courteous, and prompt in every aspect of how they conduct their business.

We had CampbellCare help replace a boiler system with a new tankless heating system. From the inquiry stage to after installation, the service was top notch. Jane from the team helped answered our questions, took the time to explain, provided solutions and set up the service quickly. They were able to provide interim solution to get the hot water back running while we wait for the installation of the new system. They were upfront and fair with the pricing, provided before and after pictures, and backs their work with warranty. I had a wonderful experience working with this business and would highly recommend them!
