We’ve used Campbell care since 2023 when we moved into our home - previous owners did as well. Love that they have experience and know our heating and fire place systems throughly. Geoff installed a new hot water tank this past summer and recently fixed our fireplace during the busy season between Christmas and new year - service as always was prompt, efficient and friendly - will continue to use their services in the future.

From the moment that I made contact with Jane on the phone I felt appreciated. Then the top notch service kicked in. Excellent communicators in their busy and fast paced business. The install team (Scott & Duncan) came by the house to have a look at the project and said that it all looked good. Scott described what they would do and answered all of our questions. Jane then emailed me a firm quote after we had decided which trim that we wanted. Less than a week later the guys came and did the install in about 4 hours. There are a few gas fireplace companies around. I found this company is helpful, courteous, and prompt in every aspect of how they conduct their business.
