I had an excellent experience with Snooze Tech and Mukhpreet’s team. They helped me upgrade from a gas furnace to an electric heat pump and installed a 3-ton Panasonic system with a 10-year parts and labour warranty. Their pricing was the best and very competitive compared to other quotes I received. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Mukhpreet made sure I was informed and educated at every step, explained all my options clearly, and handled all the paperwork for the government grant and rebate process. They made the whole transaction very easy and transparent. We did have a few small hiccups along the way, but Mukhpreet handled everything very professionally and made sure all issues were taken care of properly. The team was professional, respectful, and hardworking, and the quality of their work was excellent. Muk is very responsive via text. He completed my installation promptly and assisted with making the rebate application. I would recommend his services as he handled the difficult parts for me.
