Since my initial post, the management at Cote's Mechanical reached out to me directly to hear my concerns. I felt that my frustrations were truly taken to heart and they seem committed to making things right. We have scheduled an appointment for a technician to perform a thorough diagnostic of my entire system to address any outstanding issues. I appreciate the proactive communication and will provide a final update once the service is complete.
