Amazing tech, Toby was very informative showing me the issues of my HVAC unit, had the estimate readily available so I didn't have to wait in dread of the possible repair costs. Turned out the repair cost were very reasonable and not a big sticker shock like most repairs tend to be. Toby took the time to go over everything, he was very personable and knowledgeable.
After 11 years of loyalty, I’m leaving. Since their merger with A#1 Air, quality has plummeted. I was told by a tech $6,500 for a repair that another company fixed for $150. Get a second opinion!UPDATE:Since my initial post, the management at Cote's Mechanical reached out to me directly to hear my concerns. I felt that my frustrations were truly taken to heart and they seem committed to making things right. We have scheduled an appointment for a technician to perform a thorough diagnostic of my entire system to address any outstanding issues. I appreciate the proactive communication and will provide a final update once the service is complete.
Albert and Julio did a great job in identifying the problem with my hvac unit and provided a solid fix. These guys worked diligently and had a great attitude throughout the process. Cotes mechanical stands by their warranty with professional technicians.
Had my garbage disposal replaced and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and completed the replacement quickly and neatly. Everything works perfectly now and the area was left clean. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend.
Daniel the technician is great! He always does great work. In fact outstanding!The 2 stars is that the communication with the management on issues is almost nonexistent. It’s like you call the call center they pass the information on and no one ever follows up.So the technicians I have had were all great. That’s not where the problem is.
