Mario with 360 HVAC PRO is dependable, gives fair/reasonable pricing and is very knowledgeable. He replaced our heater a few years ago, and has come through to clean our AC unit in the spring. Recently we weren't getting warm air, he stopped by right away- turns out we just needed the heat sensor cleaned.You will be happy you trusted this company, I know we are.

I had my furnace go out recently in 10 degree weather in January. I called one of the big HVAC companies and they quoted me an unbelievable price to replace the system. Thankfully I found 360 HVAC through a recommendation and called them. I cannot recommend this company enough. Mario came to check out the HVAC system and also recommended a replacement but was able to provide a much better deal. He was also more knowledgeable about the mechanics of the system and provided excellent customer service. He was proactive about everything and helped with a couple of other items in my house as a bonus. I've worked with a number of contractors at this point and he is one of the best!
I have been trying to get an HVAC cleaning for my business for over 2 months. I had 3 companies say they couldn't do it even though they advertise commercial work. Other companies wanted an arm and a leg. Today my rental homes furnace went out everyone I called that advertised 24/7 emergency couldn't come out till tomorrow, its 10 degrees out. I couldn't wait. Mario picked up right away and sent Julio down. He got to my house in 20 minutes. Not only did he troubleshoot it, he also showed me steps to take next time it happens. Other companies that couldn't even come right away wanted $600 and up. These guys charged me $89 and a free education on furnaces. Just got a quote for my business and its already half the price and the confidence to get it done. Dont waste your time with other "big name" companies. Mario/Julio are legit.
Mario is a stud and his crew is awesome!! They not only helped us get our furnace up and running again (on a very cold weekend, no less), he/they identified an issue with how our Bosch heat pump was connected to the furnace controller & thermostat!! At his advice we had the original installers back out to rewire (under warranty) and our whole heating system is up and running (properly) now. AND their prices are very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Mario and his team for all of your HVAC needs!!
