Northway's Heating & Cooling

Called Monday morning my furnace was out. They were out to check it by noon, unfortunately had damage beyond repair but they were back the next morning 830am to install. Did not charge for the service check either. Best in des moines metro.

As usual, nothing but excellent service and reasonable prices. One morning I found out I needed to replace my AC. Gavin arrived first thing the following morning and got it done. He even did some light landscaping work - he leveled out the ground to set a pad on it for the AC unit to sit on (my original unit just sat on blocks). I've used Northway's a few times now and I recommend them to everybody I know.

Part of a large tree smashed our outdoor A/C unit. We called Northway to come replace it. They came out the next morning to give an estimate. Two days later they came out and replaced the unit. I was impressed with how quick and efficient they were.

The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and left everything neat and clean. As a small, family-owned company, Northway really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service, fair prices, and a team you can trust. I will definitely work with them in the future. The customer service is just as amazing. Charles and Cameron came out and quoted me after determining what I needed. Charles was able to explain the units and he matched the prices of other competitors if not, was significantly lower. Shelly who I worked with at the main office was always kind, professional and prompt. The guys that installed it were the same. I will always support small businesses like this instead of giving it to the big guys that want nothing but your money and take you to the cleaners. I honestly paid $4,000 less than other companies. To me, that’s a huge savings. I had 4 other options and these guys were by far the best. Let it be known I hate posting reviews but this one I had to. Also after they were done, Cameron explained everything to me that was important for me to know going forward. I’m super pleased.
