Brandon was such a kind and pleasant person. We have a boiler and he's very knowledgeable about the maintenance. Very understandable about the call and took his time to figure the issue out. Once he located the problem, he explained what the problems are and the solution also showed me the issue and explain it to me so i couls understand. Very understanding and calm individual. Highly recommend Supreme. They were very accommodating with my schedule and tight timeline. Brandon took the time to thoroughly inspect our furnace and hot water heater, making sure everything was clean and working properly. He arrived on time and explained clearly what was causing a small leak and how he planned to fix it - which I really appreciated. The entire process was quick, painless and professional. I felt confident everything was handled correctly and would absolutely use Supreme again.
