Seth Harward came to my home on February 19, 2026 to clean the drains in my two bathrooms sinks. the tub drain in one bathroom and the shower drain in the second bathroom. I was impressed with the communication given to me by the company. They reminded me that he would be coming between noon and 4. Later I received a communiation asking if he could come earlier at 10:30 am. Seth arrived and went immedicately to work while I asked a few questions. He showed me what he had cleaned out of the drains. He was neat and clean and he left the work area neat and clean. Linda Peterson
I originally called to get a quote to have the coils and panel of my furnace cleaned. The person who answered the phone told me they had a special going where they can do a tuneup for $69.00 and that included cleaning the coils. I asked if she was sure that cleaning the coils was part of this special. She put me on hold to double check and came back and said it was part of the special. When the technician came he told me he was scheduled to do a tuneup. I mentioned the cleaning of the coils and he told me that that wasn’t included with a tuneup. Somehow a miscommunication with the scheduler.We ended up with just having the coils cleaned. The cost was $520.00 which seemed a bit steep. However Ethan the technician was great. Showed and explained what he had to do to clean the coils. Was very efficient. Work space was clean after he finished. He did a great job. Very pleasant and respectful. Ethan deserves a 5 star rating. 3 stars because of the miss communication between scheduler and supervisor.
I would like to thank Dillon when he came out to do our water heater flush that he noticed that the duct work was too low and it could cause carbon monoxide leakage so he fixed the venting so now we can walk completely underneath it and not hit our head anymore. He was totally awesome.

They completed a large amount of work in just one day, were professional, answered maintenance questions, and treated our home with care. The system has been running perfectly with no issues since installation.They also managed the rebate process for us, which I really appreciated. It was handled quickly and required very little effort from me.Overall, I highly recommend Western — great people, great service, and a great experience from start to finish.
