From the very first phone call requesting a quote, I was impressed by the team's professionalism and courtesy. Their advice was clear, relevant, and completely free of any sales pressure. The installation went perfectly. The technicians were not only punctual and highly competent, but they were also cheerful and very pleasant! Working in a positive atmosphere makes all the difference. They were very respectful of the property; the only minor issue was that they didn't clean up all the debris they generated (screws, wood chips) and there was a loose wire hanging from the beam, but overall, it was still quite acceptable after they left. The system works perfectly, and I am delighted with the final result. It's an impeccable service from start to finish. I highly recommend Groupe TC to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality heating services with a smile!
