Last week during coldest weather I called at almost 5 pm for heat repair and Brandy was extremely helpful and had a technician to my house before 7pm.Leighton Beckwith quickly diagnosed my problem and was very helpful explaining things to me. He and Brandy should be commended.Leighton came today 2-18-26 for maintenance on my systems. He did an excellent job and explained every thing to me. I really appreciate his and Brandy 's great customer service skills.
Happy Home has been great for my home installing new HVAC system now existed for two years now with 6 months maintenance with great techs and a caring office staff and administrators who are active and follow thru with customers questions with loyalty like Josh who is operating manager. The company name says it clearly along with loyal maintenance availability.
I owe a sincere debt of gratitude to Corey Woodward, Field Supervisor.When my heat went out on Thursday, January 29, a technician arrived within an hour of my call. After assessing the furnace, he explained that repairs would cost approximately $2,000 and did not recommend proceeding due to the age of the unit.The following morning, Friday, January 30, Corey came out to provide an estimate for a new furnace. With a snowstorm approaching, he was deeply concerned about my family being without heat. Although no technicians were available to complete the installation that day, Corey refused to let us go without heat. He told us he would handle the installation himself.The furnace we needed was not available in Durham, so Corey drove all the way to Fayetteville to pick it up, returned, and completed the installation on his own. By 8:00 Friday night, my family and I had heat again.Corey did not have to go above and beyond the way he did—but he chose to. Throughout the process, he was kind, caring, and compassionate, repeatedly expressing that he could not allow us to be without heat with such extreme cold approaching.Corey, thank you for caring. Your dedication and humanity did not go unnoticed.
On the coldest day of the season, our HVAC went out at night. The house was freezing, 16°, and we needed it fixed asap. We called our regular "big name" HVAC company, and they said they couldn't get to it until the following afternoon. Side note, when I called to cancel the appointment we made as a backup, they said they had no appointment scheduled. Thanks, "big name" HVAC brand. I immediately called Happy Home, and Simon was at our house within 45 minutes. He was courteous, appreciative, and extremely helpful in explaining the problem and the remedy. We were happy to sign up for their VIP package that included multiple checks for a year. We're happy to be Happy Home customers now!
Damon and Leighton were amazing! They came out quickly and diagnosed the issues with our furnace right away. They even managed to rush our new furnace installation, which was a huge relief. Both were incredibly professional, efficient, and kind throughout the entire process. I’m so thankful for their work and highly recommend them!
