After talking to the big folks in town for a quote in order to replace my 26 year old HVAC, I decided to contact Legacy Air HVAC. I was treated to a fully technical evaluation of my old system, and the choice among the new. Specifically, the true pros and cons between heat pumps and traditional systems was absolutely useful. I strongly advice this discussion prior to any replacement, and unfortunately, you only receive biased opinions from the other vendors. Additionally, you will also be educated on the merits of varying name brand systems that are easy maintain, as opposed to getting locked into the dealership, even to change the air filter. It helps that the owner is a highly qualified and certified engineer.
They replaced my old HVAC unit and did a very clean installation. The team arrived on time, worked hard, and explained how the new system works before leaving. Everything looks professional and the house feels much more comfortable now. Highly recommend.
