During the sweltering July 2025 summer heat, my AC unit sprung a leak. The cost quoted by other service providers was exorbitant. I was at my wits end and the heat was unbearable. Thanks to the great reviews on this site…I took a chance on Kean Heating and Cooling (Kean H&C) and Mr Sayed and his team did not disappoint. Mr Sayed was very professional, reliable and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and is a natural teacher. He took the time to explain the problem, outline the process and the solution options. Fixing the problem with my AC required multiple steps with observation periods between to ensure complete functionality. During the observation period, Kean H&C followed up to ensure the temperatures were comfortable, They do care and that resonated with me. Kean H&C customer service is beyond 5 stars and cost is reasonable. They are phenomenal and I highly recommend them for your Heating and Cooling needs.
